Welcome to the modern bistronomy style !

Only 3 miles away from Marrakech on the road to Ourika valley, CHOUET restaurant offers a combination of relaxed atmosphere and gastronomic cuisine, in a modern “bistronomy” style, presenting an outstanding menu based on fresh and natural products evolving around two ways of cooking: barbecued on aromatic herbs or grilled a la plancha, with simple and chic Moroccan and Mediterranean flavors.

All the materials used for the construction and decoration are natural and handled by renowned local craftsmen: traditional ceilings, cement tiles, poteries, a vault with Syrian sculptures, all are giving the place a very distinctive feeling and the atmosphere of a family home. The Pourcel twins Chefs entrusted the kitchen to Chef Jo Pardonipade (ex “Jardin des Sens” in Montpellier and la plage “Carré Mer”, both belonging to the Pourcel brothers).

The first restaurant will soon  propose a menu Bro-Chouet (skewers grilled over a wooden fire with meats selected by our chefs ). Not forgetting of course, fish specialties, the signature of the Pourcel Brothers.

The second restaurant is totally independent from CHOUET, and opens onto a terrace by the pool. This space will be especially dedicated to events and festive evenings. Il will open soon under its own name.

The restaurant also propose different entertainment programs throughout the year. It also has the flexibility to customize the space and adapt it to clients need, whether for seminars, family parties, anniversaries, weddings or any corporate events.
